A compound-semiconductor company
Founded in 2016 and based in Tempe, Arizona, Cactus Materials is an American semiconductor designer, developer and manufacturer. We run two semiconductor fabs — Silicon Carbide (SiC) for high-power devices and a III-V compound-semiconductor fab for AI photonics.
We bring products to many markets — AI, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Consumer, Healthcare and Industrial — and collaborate with fabless companies, IDMs and OEMs to bring innovative solutions to market.
ISO 9001:2015 certified and ITAR registered — delivering U.S.-made compound semiconductors from our 40,000 sq ft facility in Tempe, Arizona.
